We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, particularly chillers and VRF units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems, including chillers and VRF units.
• Diagnose technical faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and manage control panel integration, system controls, and related electrical components.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust thermostatic controls to ensure optimal system performance.
• Supervise, train, and guide service technicians to ensure quality work and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with clients to address service complaints, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor system functionality, identify recurring issues, and report findings and recommendations to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.

Qualifications:

• BS/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, VRF systems, control panels, and HVAC controls.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system commissioning.
• Proven ability to supervise and guide technical teams.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at customer sites and support service requirements as needed.
